Drawing from Life is a camera-based drawing aid for artists. We believe in keeping things simple — both in our app and in how we handle your privacy.
We do not collect any personal data. The app does not require registration, login, or any form of account creation. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information.
The app requires access to your device's camera to function. The camera feed is processed entirely on your device in real time. We do not capture, store, transmit, or record any images or video from your camera. No camera data ever leaves your device.
We collect anonymous usage statistics to help us understand how the app is used and to improve it. This data includes information such as which features are used and how often, app launch frequency, and general device information (operating system version, device model).
This data is fully anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual user. We do not use advertising identifiers or any other mechanism to track users across apps or websites.
The app offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process or store any payment information.
The app uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction data to verify purchase status. You can review their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Your app settings and preferences (such as filter configurations) are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data and it is not transmitted anywhere.
The app does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since we do not collect personal data from anyone, this applies equally to users of all ages.
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
